He is a strong engineering professional with a Masters in Machine Tools Engineering & specialization in Automation Engineering from Technical university of Berlin (Germany).

His rich experience with leadership encompasses Sales Management, Business development, Key Account Management, Project Management & Technical Consultancy, not only in India, but also in International arena.

Ashwin Vanikar is specialized in Strategy building, Business plan-execution with a long-term vision for upcoming trends and news business avenues for growth.

Mr. I. Mohan Rao

Mr. I. Mohan Rao, a retired professional with a wealth of industry knowledge, actively guides and supports his son, Mr. I. Suryanarayana Rao, in managing the daily operations of the company. His mentorship plays a crucial role in fostering growth and ensuring the company’s vision is realized.

Mr. Bramhendra

Mr. Bramhendra brings extensive experience in the production line to Om Sai Enterprises. Prior to founding the company, he honed his skills at FESTO and Pneumax, where he gained valuable insights into manufacturing processes and operational efficiency. His vision and expertise have been instrumental in establishing the company’s strong foundation and reputation for quality.

Mr. I. Suryanarayana Rao

Mr. I. Suryanarayana Rao, a Diploma graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ramaiah College and son of Mr. I. Mohan Rao, has a rich background in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. With over 22 years of experience at FESTO, he excelled in sales and application engineering roles and later served a four-year tenure at Flowlines Engineering. His deep understanding of customer needs and technical applications perfectly complements the company’s mission, ensuring that clients receive innovative and effective solutions.
